Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplantation (ALLO-BMT) 

This procedure is performed by using marrow cells from a sibling other than an identical twin.  Transplants using Identical twin marrows are referred to as Syngeneic.   Allo-BMT is rather complicated and associated with major complications.
