CMF

There are three drugs in this regimen, Cytoxan,  Methotrexate and 5-FU , all of which are given intravenously.

Dosage administration schedule is as follows:

All three drugs are administered in one session and the cycle is repeated in three to four weeks, as soon as patient recovers for the side effects.

Variant of CMF

M2 is body surface area which is the square footage of a patient's body surface. This is measured based on height and weight of the patient.

PO is taking a medicine orally, taking a tablet.

The most significant side effects of these regimes are:

• Low white blood cell count,
• Anemia,
• Low Platelet count
• Hair loss
