Discrimination

Any medical information can be used to our advantage or abused against us.   Fear of insurance companies and even employers discriminating against healthy people because they have tested positive for some disease has gradually diminished; thanks to strict laws that have been passed by congress.  This fear should not be a factor in deciding to be tested or not.
