MOPP

There are four drugs in this regimen , Nitrogen Mustard, Oncovin, Procarbazine and Prednisone , all of which are given intravenously, with the exception of Procarbazine and Prednisone, which are given orally.

Dosage administration schedule

Nitrogen Mustard

6 Mg per M2

Day #1

Oncovin

2 Mg

Day #1

Procarbazine

100 Mg per M2, orally

Days #1 to 7

Prednisone

40 Mg per M2, orally

Days #1 to 14

The cycle is repeated in four weeks, upon recovery of the patient from the side effects.

M2 is the body surface area which is the square footage of a patient's body surface. This is measured based on the patient's height and weight.
