Tylenol is one o f the older pain medicines which has been around and in use for decades. It is a simple pain reliever which also helps in cancer pain control. It comes in tablet form and can be used every 6-8 hours. It is most appropriate for patients with bone metastasis and also those with mild pain. Tylenol is a rather well tolerated medicine with no significant ill effects.
